Prof Lee Sing Kong assumed the directorship of NIE on 1 November 2006, serving as its chief executive and academic officer. Concurrently as Dean, External Programmes Office, he is also responsible for expanding NIE's role in the increasing provision of educational programmes for an international clientele

The rental fees for accommodation in the various Halls in NTU are as follows:
