The School of Design and Environment comprises of Department of Architecture, Department of Building and Department of Real Estate. In June 2000, the Department of Architecture was restructured with others to form the School of Design and Environment. They offer 4-year full time or part time Undergraduate Programs in Architecture, Industrial Design, Real Estate and Project and Facilities Management and Graduate Programs which are either Research or Coursework based.
The School also has JD Programs in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, in collaboration with King's College, London (M. Sc.) and Technical University of Denmark, (PhD.) and avails Exchange Programs with 30 overseas universities. Research scope and scholarships are widely granted to enduring students. Various competitions and participatory events are also encouraged.
