Duke University, USA and National University of Singapore jointly presents the MD or Doctoral Degree to successful candidates of medicine and biomedical sciences. Graduate Medical School or GMS, is the first medical institute in south-eastern Asia, which follows the American curriculum system in their Post baccalaureate program. Focusing mainly on research activities, the program also ensures rigorous medical education and proper hospitality and care of patients. Located at the heart of the city, GMS is situated on Outram campus that shares its wall with the SingHealth entities, viz., National Cancer Centre, National Dental Centre, National Heart Centre, and Singapore National Eye Centre.
