The College of Arts and Celtic Studies is one of the five major colleges of the University College Dublin.

Research
The college has close connection with UCD's research centers. The UCD College of Arts and Celtic Studies have a well established reputation in the world of research. The research activities of this college revolve around North America and Europe and also study the Irish dispersion, thereby establishing important link between the two research areas.
Scholarships
AD Astra Research Scholarship is offered by the College of Arts and Celtic Studies in six areas.
They are:
- Transatlantic World
- Textual Culture – Translation and reception
- Material Culture – Landscape and artifact
- Popular culture – the spoken and the unseen
- The Early Modern World
- Irish and Celtic Studies.
Accommodation
The students of this college can avail the lodging facility provided by University College Dublin. Both the Belfield and Blackrock campuses of the university have rooms for more than 2000 students with ideal living conditions. There is wireless local area network access, laundry facility.
