The campus of the University of Dortmund established in the sixties, is situated in the north of Dortmund where nearly 24,000 students prepare themselves for their jobs. Library
The University of Dortmund has a state of the art library. Its huge collection of books, essays, databases, e-books, magazines and other services makes it indispensable for the students.
Scholarships:
The students can apply for scholarships through DAAD. The most extensive scholarship program is offered by the German academic exchange service (DAAD). DAAD scholarships are given for advanced studies or graduate studies. Scholarships are assigned primarily in accordance with performance criteria.
Housing:
The 13 housing estates of the student council offer over 2671 living places in dwellings, single rooms and apartments. The student council creates the opportunity with its low-priced living and leisure activities, the important conditions for a successful study.
