The college of Jewish Studies, created in 1979, aimed at renewing research and study of Jewish culture, history and religion in Germany. Affiliated to the Central Council of the Jews in Germany the University is nationally recognized and located in connection with the University of Heidelberg.

- M.A. History of Jewish cultures (Joint Degree with the University of Graz)
- M.A. Rabbinat
Students can also study Jewish history, literature, and philosophy and Hebrew, Aramaic and Yiddish languages.
