The Schiller International University was founded in 1964 by Professor Dr. Walter Leibrecht. It is an independent university providing quality education to the students. The university has its campuses in 6 different countries and two campuses in France, in Paris and Strasbourg. The university offers its students the option to transfer from one campus to the other. The students consist of a large number of international students from 100 different countries.

The Paris Study Center of the Schiller International University is situated at the Rue Yvart Road and Rue Corbon Road crossing in the city of Paris.

Library & Learning Resources :
The library at the Schiller International University (Paris campus) provides books, periodicals and access to the internet as the three main learning resources. Over 5,000 books are available at the Library. Copies of three daily newspapers and photocopying services are also available at the library.
Accommodation :
The Paris Study Center of the Schiller International University does not have an internal student residence. The university suggests either private housing or housing through the agencies for the students. The university also suggests some hostels and hotels suitable for student accommodation.
Scholarships :
The Schiller International University has limited funds available for scholarships and grants. The institution participates in the following three financial aid programs :
- Title IV Programs
- Florida State Aid Programs
- Various scholarships and institutional grants based on academic merit and financial need.
Otherwise, the University encourages the students to seek financial aid through external sources.
