IUT, Chartres is a part of the University of Orleans located at the north western frontier of France. Comprised of 20 teacher-researchers, 13 doctorates and 12 other personnel, IUT Chartres, devotes their research activities in 3 broad subdivisions of Electronics, Signals and Images. With a mission to help the local companies with innovative ideas through active R & D and continuous training programs, IUT consists of 3 poles of competences in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Material Engineering.
