Founded in 1970, the University of Pau and the Countries of Adour is the youngest university of Aquitaine. It gives multi-field teaching (except medicine and health) and its configuration multisite on 4 campuses, which make of it a university in proximity, facilitating the access to the higher education consisting of more than 12.200 students.
