Formed in 1993 the sole objective of the institute was to merge the development in education and social economics, so as to work out strategies of programs & development for the benefit of rural & urban centres.

Ma�trise d'IUP Am�nagement et d�veloppement territorial � Duration 3 years.

Courses:
DEUG 2nd year- 854 hrs of course plus training course, history of installation & geopolitics. LICENCE- 854 hrs of course plus training course, contents-evolution of the rural world, physical environment & installation, finance, tourism, statistics, languages, communication, & data processing. MASTERS- 441 hrs of the course plus training. Contents-methodology of research, territorial strategies, state & local authorities, communication, 2 languages, & computer graphics.
