The Institut Paul Bocuse is an international hotel school created in 1990
Academic Programs
The I.A.E. (Business Administration Institute) of University Lyon 3 and the Institut Paul Bocuse has united their academic and professional experience in order to offer two high-quality programs in hotel management and the culinary arts.
- In 3 or 5 years: Hotel & Restaurant Management
- In 2.5, 3 or 5 years: Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management
These two courses offer students certification by the Institut Paul Bocuse as well as internationally recognized university certification in the form of either the professional Degree or the Masters in Business Administration.
There are 4 levels of admission: in the first year, in parallel admission according to certain conditions in the 3rd year (business degree), in the 4th year (Master 1) and in the 5th year (Master 2).

Student Housing
Located within close proximity of the Institut Paul Bocuse, the hall of residence “LE CLIPPER” is reserved exclusively for the students visiting Institut Paul Bocuse.
