The Institut universitaire de formation de maitres de Toulouse or the master training institute in Toulouse aims to train teachers of first and second degree. This institute is connected with three different universities of Toulouse and to the National Institute of Polytecnics of Toulouse.
The main aims of this institute are, to prepare the students for teacher recruitment competitive exam, vocational training for teacher-trainees, in-service training for primary and secondary education teachers and activities in research and education.
