The American University of Paris is the oldest American institute of higher learning in Europe. The university was founded in 1962 and is striving to become the leading academic, intellectual and cultural center in France and in the world. The University has fourteen undergraduate programs. Postgraduate programs are also offered by the American University of Paris Business School. The American University of Paris Business School has collaborated with the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College, City University of New York to start a one-year Executive Masters of Science in Finance in Paris.

The library of the American University of Paris Business School is a storehouse of information for the students of the university. The resources are available in the traditional printed media as well as on the web.
Accommodation is taken care by the American University of Paris Housing Office. The accommodations are comfortable and affordable and commuting to the university is convenient. Students who do not want to stay on-campus reside in various parts of the city either in independent rooms or with French families or landlords.
Scholarships are also offered by the American University of Paris Business School to the meritorious students.
Several new and different scholarships are being introduced by the university for the other schools of study also.
