The BYU
Women's Conference is a two-day conference for those who are of the age of 16 years or older. The 2007 BYU Women's Conference theme was "Thou art come to the kingdom for such a time". It was held from 3 - 4 May.
Both days of the conference began and ended with a general session in the Marriott Center, where all participants met together. The opening general session was held from 9:00-10:15 am. and the closing one was held from 3:45-5:00 pm. on both the days. In the Women's Conference more than 200 presenters exchanged their perspectives and insights on a wide range of topics.
Topics, mostly based upon their annual theme, which included home, family, marriage, service and others like missionary work and education, were discussed from a gospel perspective and directed toward women. Cultural activities and a ticketed dinner were offered during the "Come Take Your Place" celebration, held on Thursday evening from 5:00-9:00 pm.
