MAC Conference may mean two completely different things. A MAC Conference may either denote a Mid-American Conference or a Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference.
The Mid American Conference or MAC Conference is a Conference of the College Athletic groups with members located mainly in the Mid Western United States. With its headquarters in downtown Cleveland in Ohio, MAC Conference is often known as the Conference of Quarterbacks.
The Mid-American Conference or the MAC Conference is divided into two divisions:

MAC Conference West
- Northern Illinois Huskies
- Toledo Rockets

MAC Conference also stands for Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference, which is an American High school athletic league. Comprising of private schools in and around Washington DC, the conference has only male teams. The schools in the MAC Conference are very competent and have won many regional and state level championships.
