Big South Conference deals with the college athletic events. It is recognized by the NCAA. Introduced in 1983, the Big South Conference works primarily in the field of football. However, other games and sports also play significant roles in this conference. The Big South Conference has its origin in the southeastern part of the US. The Big South Conference has its members in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
