Lincoln Navigator or Navigator L as it is commonly known as belongs to the class of full size luxury sport utility vehicles. In 1998 the car has made its first appearance. The world-renowned automaker Ford Motor Company is the manufacturer of the car. It is the first all wheel drive vehicle of the company. Posh exterior : The look of the car is plush and trendy and it also has certain key exterior technical features to make the car all the more special. The colors of rear and front bumpers are in perfect harmony with the body color of the car. The chrome located on the exhaust pipes and door handles and metallic paint gives the car a dramatic look. Safety and security is the most important thing to keep in mind when an engineer works on an automobile. There are airbags for the passenger and the driver with a dual stage deployment feature. There is emergency fuel shut off device, which stops flow of the fuel instantly in case of an accident. The ultrasonic sensors of the Electronic Parking Aid help the driver to park with minimum effort. The rear doors have child locks in it.
