Audi Q7

The Audi Q7 is one of the largest crossover SUVs that has ever traversed the roads of Europe. It is built by the German automobile company, Audi. The car was formerly launched in the market in 2006.

The car’s unique length of 200” gives it the appearance of a slithering and gorgeous reptile. Its 118” wheelbase makes it an absolute knockout among cars produced by other European manufacturers and also makes auto behemoths such as General Motors and Ford sit up. The car’s breadth and altitude are almost similar to those of the Porsche Cayenne and despite the car not possessing a transfer case, it manages to weigh over 5000 pounds.

The Audi Q7 constitutes a paradox in its design with a flamboyant exterior and yet with a structure constructed on traditional Audi lines. The novel idea of sliding body parts has been incorporated into the car’s design. Concave and convex body parts help to depict a combination of light and darkness that dazzles passersby. The drag coefficient of the car is configured at 0.34.

The interior of the car smacks of flawless panache right from the dashboard, the dials and inserts, the gear lever and the swank stereo system. The feature that distinguishes the Audi Q7 from its other European rival SUVs is the professional getup of the rows and its spacious luggage capacity of 144 cubic feet. This maximum luggage limit is attainable provided the hind seats are closed down to a level. Seats are extremely conducive for tall folks. The Audi Q7 possesses airbags and strong seatbelts to ensure the safety of its riders.

The Audi Q7 runs on a 4.2 L V8 gasoline engine that can produce a displacement of nearly 4164 cc, a power of 257 kW and a torque of 440 N-m. The car can achieve a maximum velocity of 134 miles per hour and has a fuel consumption of 26.9 mpg.

The starting price of the car is approximately $ 50,000.
