The new Fiat Nuova 500 is set to make its debut into the automobile industry later this year. It is to be launched to mark the 50th anniversary of the original Fiat 500. The Fiat 500 had continued to serve the Italians and the Europeans for almost 18 years i.e. from 1957 to 1975. Dante Giacosa, the father of Nuova 500, has brought about a complete makeover to keep up with the present trend. Design & Price: The design of the new 2007 Fiat 500 is influenced by the 2004 Fiat Trepiuno. Designed exclusively by the Fiat Style Centre and manufactured in the plant in Tychy (Poland), this car will feature a distinctive retro-look similar to that of Volkswagen New Beetle and BMW MINI though it will be comparatively much cheaper than those cars. The estimated starting price of the car is as low as £6000. | |
