Although it is designated as a large family car in Europe, the Ford Mondeo is sold as Compact cars in the American market. This prestigious venture started in 1993. The latest Ford Mondeo model is a culmination of changes done on the previous Ford Mondeo models. In Europe, the Mondeo is considered large, but in other markets such as the United States and Australia, it had not fared well, as there were larger models that had stronger brand loyalty and offered better value for money. Therefore it has received a mixed response in the automobile industry. The new Ford Mondeo with the new series is all ready to capture the market. The uniqueness of Ford Mondeo lies in its diversity. The car has 3 different bodystyles and they are 4-Door Saloon, 4-Door Hatchback and 5-Door Estate.
