Graduation Invitation Cards

Graduation Invitation Cards are invites sent to the students who would be conferred an academic degree. Graduation, the event is also known as invocation, commencement or convocation. It announces the advancement from the primary or secondary school level as in the US and Canada.

Graduation is the moment that any student craves for in his or her lifetime. The graduation invitation cards are given during the completion of a degree and the guests who are usually the nearest and dearest ones are requested to be a part of the graduation party held in the honor of the students. Graduation invitation cards are mailed to the respective invitees but are preferred to be given personally. The invitation notes can be in various forms like in the form of a card, in the form of a letter, a leaflet or even a combination of the different kinds. The invitations are sent six or seven days preceding the event and are nothing more than a mere formal way of telling people to remain present on the particular occasion.

The content is very somber with a body formally inviting to the event mentioning the venue, date, time as well as the dress code. The content is short and sweet and is not more than ten to twelve lines. There are colorful decorative materials used to make the card more interesting.

Graduation is a time to reach for the stars and the cards are tokens that can to be preserved to have a look at when one feels nostalgic about those times.
