Heritage Foods is a United States based farm food brand formed in 2001. It was launched as the sales and marketing division of a not profitable organization name Slow Food USA . Patrick Martins was the founder of the organization. Initially it was created to celebrate and promote the regional cuisine and other food products. In 2004 Heritage Foods became an independent company. The main intention of the company is to breed food livestock and in turn preserve the heritage of American authentic food. The Heritage Foods markets the following farm products: Pork Cuts: The various types of pork meat available are Six-Spotted Berkshire, Red Wattle, Tamwoth and Duroc . Beef: Various types of beef meats offered by Heritage Foods include Lasater Grasslands Beef, Fountain Prairie Highland and American Kobe. Bison: The Thunder Heart bison meats are available. These bison's are from South Texas savanna grasslands. Lamb; The Katahdin and Horned Dorset Lamb meats are provided by the Heritage Foods. Cured Meats: Heritage Foods variety of cured meat is available in several stores of New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Virginia. Poultry: Heritage Foods poultry products include different types of Turkeys, Dark Cornish Chicken and Ducks. Seafood: Heritage Foods supply sea foods like Albacore Tunas and Wild reef net caught Salmons. Snacks: Other dry goods supplied by the Heritage Foods are several American native foods, Hazelnuts, Guajillo Honey, Cereal bars, Fruit Spreads etc. Heritage food products are manufactured in such a way that they satisfy both tongue and the stomach.
