Feminist Novels are books which were written to throw light on women's issues in the society. Since ages women have been suppressed and tortured irrespective of caste or creed. Tyranny, Power and Success have always been related with men. Feminst writers have taken the plunge to pen down the degrading condition of women in society.
Feminist authors have not only pinpointed the women issues but have also sited examples of how women can fight back. The main motive of the feminist novels was to point out the indifferences of attitudes towards women.

- Written on the Body by Jeanette Winterson This story talks about how men are not questioned if they are promiscuous but a woman is condemned if she spends a night with another man.
