The Rossiya airlines was established in the year 1992 and owned by the Russian government. It was the result of a 2006 merger between the Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise and the Russia State Transport Company. Rossiya has its headquarters in St, Petersberg, Russia. It has two airport bases functioning at Vnukovo Airport in Moscow and Pulkovo Airport in St Petersburg The Rossiya airline offers scheduled and chartered flights to almost all the major destinations in the world.
