Kivalliq Air, a branch of Keewatin Air, was established in 1998 to run passenger flights between the region of Kivalliq and Manitoba. Presently, Kivalliq Air operates scheduled flights six days a week that connect places in Nunavut region with Winnipeg, Churchill and Manitoba. The air services of Kivalliq Air are affordable and time saving. Besides charter flights for passengers, Kivalliq Air also offers services for the shipment of cargo.
The central hub of Kivalliq Air is Winnipeg. Besides the main base, the airline has another hub at Rankin Inlet. The destinations of Kivalliq Air include Churchill, Winnipeg, Coral Harbor, Whale Cove, Chesterfield Inlet and Repulse Bay.
Kivalliq Air owns a fleet of airplanes of various models. The fleet of Kivalliq Air consists of aircrafts of models like Pilatus PC-12, Raytheon Beech King Air 200 and Raytheon Beech Kong Air B200.
For the comfort and convenience of the passengers, Kivalliq Air has several in-flight services like complimentary snacks, special facilities for sick people and old people etc.
