Highland Airways is a Scotland based airline. Founded in 1991, by Alan Mossman it was initially a flying school. It maintains flight operations from Inverness Airport to various parts of Scotland. The airline was renamed as "Highland Airways" in the year 1997. It also offers newspaper distribution services to various parts of Northern and Western Isles. It also offers charter services for corporate clients and shipping operators. The airline has gained Royal Mail delivery contract connecting Glasgow with various parts of Western Isles.
