Cosmic Air is an airline headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal and operates domestic services in Nepal. Cosmic Air was established in 1997 and started functioning from 1 January 1998 and mainly caters to the booming tourist industry. Captain R.P. Pradhan is the founder and chairman of Cosmic Air. Cosmic Air is the largest airline of Nepal in respect to traffic carriage, fleet and seat capacity. Cosmic Air is actually the subsidiary of SOI Group, which is an accumulation of 14 companies dealing in Tourism, Aviation, General Trading, Banking, Communications and other sectors.
