US Airways Regulations

Passengers can perform online check-in functions in a time range of 24 hours to 1 hour prior to flight departure. The passengers can take 9 checked bags with them and no bag should exceed 50 pounds. They are also allowed a personal item with a carry on bag that should be 40 pounds or less.

The minimum check in time for passengers at domestic flights is 30 minutes and for international flights it is an hour. Children younger than 5 years are not allowed to travel on their own and children between 5 to 14 years

Women expected to deliver in a week will be allowed to travel if they can produce doctor's certificates 72 hours prior to departure. Children younger than 2 years need to be accompanied on every flight by someone who is 18 years old at least.

Small pets such as dogs, birds or cats will be allowed on board. Differently abled passengers need to call up the authorities prior to the flights so that proper steps can be taken for their care.

USA Airways Fleet

USA Airways has 93 Airbus A319s that can carry 124 passengers each and 72 Airbus A320-200s that can transport 150 people individually. There are 51 Airbus A321-200s that have highest individual capacities of 183.

There are 40 Boeing 737-400s as well that can take 144 people individually and 15 Boeing 757-200 International ETOPS and Embraer 190s each. The Boeing 757-200 International ETOPS can hold 176 people each and for the Embraer 190s the number is 176.

The 10 Boeing 767-200ERs can take 204 people each and the 9 Airbus A330-300s are capable of transporting 293 passengers at the most. The maximum capacity of each of the 9 Boeing 757-200 Domestic ETOPS is 190.

In addition to these, USA Airways also operates 7 Airbus A330-200s that can carry 258 people each and 5 Boeing 737-300s that have space for 134 people individually.
