Primaris Airlines


Primaris Airlines operated as a chartered air services provider and was headquartered at Enterprise, Nevada. It provided both international and domestic services. McCarran International Airport was its base.


Primaris Airlines History
Primaris Airlines was set up in 2002 but its flight operations did not start before 1st June 2004. By January 2008 it had provided jobs to 140 employees. In June 2004 it was able to procure a Part 121 certification from FAA that enabled it to operate as a domestic, supplemental and flag carrier. On 3rd November 2006 it received the ETOPS certification for 2 and half hours.

Primaris filed for bankruptcy on 10th October 2008 at the US Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona. Its operations were cancelled on 2nd December 2008 owing to paucity of financial resources.

Primaris Airlines was based in Enterprise, Nevada. Don Bowman and Mark Morris were important people of the American carrier. Within USA it offered flights to Los Angeles, Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago and Dallas. Outside USA flights were available to London, Amsterdam, Manchester and Frankfurt.
