MyAir was incorporated in 2004. It started its fleet operations from 17th December that year. The company stopped its operations on 24th July 2009. On February 2, 2010 the company was declared bankrupt by a court in Vicenza. Financial crises were the main reason behind the company's closure.

MyAir had a couple of hubs in Venice and Bergamo. Its airport lounge was known as AirportVipLounge. It had a fleet with 4 Bombardier CRJ900 and 3 Airbus A320-200s. It had a codesharing agreement with Darwin Airline.

In Africa the Italian carrier offered flights to Marrakech and Casablanca in Morocco. In Europe its flights could be availed from cities in Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey and Italy.

Its parent companies were Trismel SRL who held almost 51% shares and My Holding which owned 23% shares. It was headquartered at Torri di Quartesolo at Vicenza Italy. Its CEO was Carlo Bernini.
