Set up in 2006 Clickair started its flights from 1st October 2006. It shut shop in July 15, 2009 after entering into a merger deal with Vueling Airlines. It had several operating bases with El Prat Airport in Barcelona being the major one.
Clickair History
Clickair was established as Catair in 2006. However, the present name was given before it started to function formally on 1st October 2006. It was held by Iberia Group, which invested in the company along with Cobra, Nefinsa, Iberostar and Quercus Equity. Carlos Losada served as the Spanish carrier's President and Alex Cruz operated as the CEO. Its independent operations ended on 15th July 2009 when it combined with Vueling Airlines.

Its European destinations were spread across Austria, Malta, Belgium, Netherlands, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, France, Romania, Germany, Russia, Greece, Spain, Hungary, United Kingdom and Italy. When translated in English the airline's slogan was "Fly Smart." It was headquartered at El Prat de Llobregat in Catalonia Spain.
