Atlasjet History

The Turkish aviation enterprise was incorporated on March 14, 2001 and kicked off operations on June 1, 2001. It was earlier referred to as Atlasjet International Airlines and was meant to be a sister company of Oger Holdings.

ETS group bought 45% shares in the company in 2004. This share went up to 90% in 2006 after it bought out the shares of Oger.
