Starting in 1979 Alpi Eagles SpA went into civil aviation in 1996 before folding up in 2008 after facing investigation for less than necessary financial resources. It offered both domestic and international flights.

Alpi Eagles SpA was opened in 1979. Paolo Sinigalia, an Italian businessman, was one of the main people in the set up by virtue of being the majority share holder in the company. It was only in May 1996 that the company went into passenger services. The company had to shut down in 2008 after it was prohibited from operating by the Civil Aviation Authority of Italy.

Alpi Eagles SpA operated from Marco Polo International Airport in Napoli. It had a fleet size of 10. The Italian aviation enterprise was headquartered at Sant’Angelo di Piove di Sacco. It offered scheduled flights within several locations in Italy such as Alghero, Milan, Bari, Naples, Bergamo, Olbia, Bologna, Palermo, Brindisi, Reggio Calabria, Cagliari, Trieste, Catania, Verona, Lamezia Terme, and Venice.

Outside Italy the budget carrier operated flights to Athens, Odessa, Barcelona, Prague, Bucharest, Pristina, Cluj Napoca, Timisoara, Kiev, Tirana, Moscow, Valencia and Nice.
