The Saudi Airline had a four year span – from July 2005 to the first day of April 2009. It had two hubs at Riyadh and Jeddah. It had 4 aircraft at its beck and call and its slogan went as "There’s a spirit in the air."

Kayala Airline History

Kayala Airline kicked off operations on July 16, 2005. Its parent company was National Air Services, an aviation company based in Saudi Arabia. Till 6th May 2008 the carrier was referred to as Al-Khayala. The company proclaimed bankruptcy on April 1, 2009 and closed its operations.

Kayala Airline Details

Kayala Airline had a couple of hubs – King Khalid International Airport at Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Airport at Jeddah, which was its main base. Its fleet was made up of an Airbus A320-214 and 3 Airbus A319-112s. It served Jeddah, Dubai and Riyadh. Its slogan was "There’s a spirit in the air" and was based at Jeddah.
