Air Tanzania, based at Dar es sallam in Tanzania, is also its national flag carrier. This African airline operates flights from Tanzania to both national as well as regional destinations. Air Tanzania Corporation was founded on 10th March, 1977. ATCL Company was formed and later revamped after which the flights started operating from 1st October 2007.
