The airlines automatically track qualifying flights when the member's Delta airlines SkyMiles account number appears in the reservation record. That's why it's important to give their SkyMiles number when they are booking their reservation, and to use their name exactly as it appears on their Delta airlines SkyMiles membership card.

Account Deletion and Mileage Expiration:
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months after enrollment will be deleted. A new Delta airlines SkyMiles number can be obtained by contacting Delta. Delta reserves the right to audit members' accounts at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with the SkyMiles program rules, Delta's contract of carriage, Delta's fare rules, and all other applicable Delta rules and regulations.

Conditions of Enrollment:
Delta airlines SkyMiles program is open to any person in any country that has not prohibited participation in frequent flyer programs.

Sale or Barter Prohibited:
The sale or barter of mileage credit, vouchers, Award Certificates, or Award Tickets by SkyMiles members is prohibited. Delta will terminate or deduct mileage from the account of any member who violates this rule

SkyMiles Statements and Program Updates:
Delta airlines Skymiles online statements are sent monthly to members through an e-mail reminder, regardless of activity.

Termination and/or Mileage Deduction for Violations:
Delta reserves the right to terminate your membership in Delta airlines SkyMiles program at any time if you violate the SkyMiles program rules, any term or condition of Delta's contract of carriage, Delta's fare rules, or any other Delta rules and regulations that apply to your travel
