US Airways Dividend Miles is the frequent flyer program of US Airways. Innumerable miles can be earned by various ways in Dividend Miles. Miles can be earned while flying, one mile for every mile flown will qualify towards Preferred Status. Minimum of 500 miles are credited per flight segment. Miles can also be earned by dining, shopping, driving, staying at hotels, newspaper subscription, utilizing the banking services and also by buying gifts.
Earning of miles also provides preferred benefits to the members of the Dividend Miles. There are four levels in the preferred benefits. They are:

- Gold
- Platinum
- Chairman’s
As a Silver Preferred member, an individual is entitled to an additional mileage bonus of 25%.Automatic mileage bonus can be earned for all paid, qualifying flights on US airways. Preferences in priority check-in and boarding, personal reservation service, security service is given to a Silver Preferred member
As a Gold Preferred member, an individual gets an additional mileage bonus of 50%. Automatic mileage bonus stands good for Gold Preferred members also. A Gold Preferred member in Dividend Miles is entitled to all the facilities that are provided to the Silver Preferred member. Priority check-in and boarding, priority security lanes, priority baggage handling and priority standby are the preferences that can be availed in this category.
All the other facilities and preferences remain same in the Platinum Preferred category except the additional mileage bonus which is 75% in this case
Last but not the least is the Chairman’s Preferred category, where the additional bonus mileage is 100%.In this category if an individual is booked in Envoy class of the aircraft, it can be upgraded to Envoy Sleeper anytime before departure. A member in the Chairman’s Preferred Category can nominate a friend to Silver Preferred category. A complimentary US Airways Club Membership is granted if a candidate has flown 150 segments in one calendar year. Guaranteed seating arrangement is confirmed for an individual in this category.
