Blue1 has been operating as a Finnish SAS Group airline company since 1998. Qualification for different Membership Levels:
The members can earn two different types of points: Basic and Extra points.
The Basic points higher the member's membership level but both qualify when they want to exchange points.

Qualifying Criteria:
- Depending on the month the member enrolled in, the members qualifying period is counted from that month and 12 months onward.
- The basic points accrued during their qualifying period marks the level of their membership card.
- Silver level is reached when the members accrue 20.000 Basic points
- When the members have accrued 55.000 Basic points they will enjoy Gold benefits
- Points used will not affect the member's membership level.
Registration of EuroBonus points:
The members should be careful to inform about their membership number when they make reservations. The membership number should also be presented when they check in to hotels or rent cars. The members are cautioned to save their passenger receipt along with the boarding cards in original, hotel invoices, car rental invoices and other documents until the points have been registered to their account.

- View the latest transactions on their account
- Order a new card and a pin code
- View and print active flight reservations
- Retro register points for SAS flights
Earning Miles:
EuroBonus members enjoy their benefits all around the world. The points are earned according to paid and flown ticket type which makes earning more efficient.
The EuroBonus membership card can also be used as an electronical ticket for identification.
Benefits of Membership:
- The Silver and Gold members earn higher amount of points on SAS Group operated flights. Depending on their membership level the members are offered different types of benefits regarding waitlists and check-in and even on hotels and car rentals.
- Gold members have access to Star Alliance lounges globally at airports when traveling with same day ticket, regardless of service class.
- In Helsinki, express parking service is offered to the Gold members, and at regional airports in Finland all Gold members can even park for free when traveling with a Blue1/SAS flight.
Exchanging points for award trips:
- Children travel for half the amount of bonus points required for adults on SAS Group flights.
- On Blue1 domestic and on most international routes with the exception of Scandinavia, Germany and Switzerland, the airlines have a one class concept, Economy Class.
- On routes serving the one class concept the airlines have taken away the Business price in points. One award return trip to Europe depends on destination either 30 000 or 40 000 points.
- The price in points for a domestic return trip is 12 000 points.

The members are eligible to buy some Extra points on the Internet in a fast and easy manner. This fast yet effective way adds extra points to the member's account the next day itself!
