Aloha Airlines frequent flyer programs allowed members to avail a large number of complimentary facilities. Aloha Airlines largely operated its passenger flights between its hub at the Honolulu International Airport in the Hawaii Islands, USA and the American West Coast. Aloha Airlines also flew a number of inter-island routes in collaboration with Island Air.
Possession of the Aloha Pass allowed customers a membership to the Aloha Airlines frequent flyer programs. The Aloha Pass permitted holders to avail more bonus miles, flight discounts and extra mileages. Other associated travel facilities like car rentals, lounge facilities, seat preferences, hotel bookings etc. were also made available to the Aloha Pass holders. Apart from the above facilities, a large number of exclusive internet facilities could also be accessed by the members.
Any individual who boarded an Aloha Airlines flight could apply for the Aloha Pass Frequent Flyers programs. Passengers of Aloha Airlines could become members of the Aloha Frequent Flyers program by applying through the internet. One individual was allowed only one pass. No extra membership charge was levied from the customers.
