The Swiss International Airlines In-flight Services include – On board Catering Services, In-flight Entertainment Services, Seating Arrangement Facilities and Special Facilities for Unaccompanied Minors. The flight attendants at the Swiss International Airlines are friendly, and speak at least two languages and sometimes more. There are three broad classes of travel – Swiss First, Swiss Business and Economy Class. All the flights of Swiss International Airlines are non smoking ones
Seats :
- The cabin atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the seats are designed to allow maximum leg room.
- First Class and Business Class seats allow passengers enough room to stretch out and take a quick nap, with 152 cm space between the seats and recline according to altitude.
- 5 cm extra space is available in Economy Class seats, due to the seats being 5 cm thinner, yet comfortable.
- The Swiss International Airlines flights have seats with lumbar support, adjustable headrest, swivel earflaps and they are electronically adjustable.
Catering Services :
- Complimentary meals and beverages are served on board.
- Beverages include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Finest wine is served on board.
- A choice of the finest international cuisine is available in the in-flight menu. A provision for ‘Special Meals’ is also available.
- Swiss Chocolates are offered on board to all passengers
In-flight Entertainment :
- 16 audio channels, 35 video channels and 10 PC games are available on board.
- For First Class and Business Class passengers, a personal DVD player is provided during the flight, with a choice of DVDs.
- Complimentary magazines are also offered on board, which include the Swiss International Airlines In-flight Magazine.
- Amenity kits and hot towels are offered to the passengers in most Swiss International Airlines flights.
Duty-free Shopping On Board :
- A wide range of duty-free products are available on board with a catalogue to choose from. Prices are generally lower than Swiss retail shops.
- Some of the products are – Swiss watches, sunglasses, jewellery, scarves, and electronic equipment.
Special Facilities
- The Swiss International Airlines provides a special service to take care of unaccompanied minors from check in to the arrival airport. On board, flight attendants take special care of the children and ensure their comfort during travel.
