Continental's Business First service is available on international flights, especially on Boeing 777, 767 and 757 aircraft. The Business First service continues to win awards and is ranked among the best international service for both U.S. and international carriers.

Concierge Services:
Besides helping customers with pre-boarding, concierges greet connecting Business First customers at the gate and assist them through Customs. In short, concierges ensure that each Business First customer receives personalized, VIP treatment not offered by most other airlines.
Continental's Presidents Club:
This club offers the busy traveler personalized service and a relaxing ambience in 27 private airport clubrooms. The comfort and privacy of these clubrooms allow the members to take care of business, conduct a meeting, make phone calls or just relax between flights in pleasant surroundings.
The Presidents Club members are allowed to entertain two friends or business associates, or their immediate family members (spouse and children under 21 years of age), any time they visit a Presidents Club. Members also have access to over 40 affiliated lounges worldwide.
Business First and International Business Class customers are also welcome to visit the Presidents Club. A same-day Business First or International Business Class boarding pass is required for admission. Business First customers can also bring to two guests or a spouse and children under the age of 21. Domestic First Class customers do not qualify for admission
Lounge Access
Lounge facilities are available to all the Business First customers in the following cities. Contact a concierge before departure or upon arrival to request information about these facilities. Admission is permitted provided one segment of the current ticket is for a Business First flight. Domestic First Class or International Business Class does not qualify for admission.
