The Qatar Army is the most important branch of defense force of the Qatar Military. The Qatar Army was mainly created to have an autonomous defense body for solving all types of external and internal conflicts and also to ensure free and secured environment for a better and safe living. The Qatar Army presently is equipped with all sorts of modern training and equipments so as to combat all types of odd war.
The basic age of joining the Qatar Army is 18 years. People with strong determination, courage, will power and capability to withstand hardships are considered eligible for joining the Army of Qatar. The Qatar Army is constantly waging wars with either the neighboring countries or with strong opponents to make Qatar a self dependent country. It always wants to make Qatar a strong developed country so that none of its rivals can dominate and conquer her.
The government of Qatar has to spend a considerable amount of money every year to upgrade its armed forces. The armed forces of Qatar play a pivotal role during times of emergency when they try to restore the legal system of administration of the country so that the common people do not suffer.
