Qatar is an Emirate in the Arab region of the Asian continent. The present Prince of Qatar is Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. He is slated to the next Emir of the Arab state.
Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is the son of the present Emir of Qatar- His Excellency Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. The Prince of Qatar was born to the Emir's second wife-Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned. The Qatar Prince was born on the 3rd of July in the year 1980. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is a well educated individual. The young Sheikh is one of the many Arabian royal rulers, who have received western education. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani completed his primary education at the Sherborne High School in the United Kingdom. He completed his education by graduating from the elite Sandhurst Military Academy.
The Qatari prince held a number of important official posts after passing out from the Sandhurst Military Academy in 1998. He was the member of the International Olympic Committee. He also became the Head of the Upper Council of the Environment and Natural Sanctuaries. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani also headed the Qatari National Olympic Committee.
