Qatari people lives in the emirate located in western Asian and the Middle East. Except the fact that Saudi Arabia borders Qatar to the south, the Persian Gulf lies
about Qatar. The Qatatri Peninsula is shortly smaller than Connecticut in USA. To the south of the barren and low plain, there is the Khor al Adaid, an inland sea.
The barren plain is filled with sand and the inland sea has rolling sand dunes. The Jebel Dukhan has the highest point of Qatar to the west. Low limestone gathering is there along the north to south border. Natural oil deposits are in this place and offshore natural gas source is located to the northwest of the peninsula. There are 10 municipalities in Qatar which include Al Khawr, Al Wakrah, Ar Rayyan, Mesaieed, Jariyan al Batnah, Ash Shama, Ad Dawhah, Al Ghuwariyah, Al Jumaliyah, Umm Salal.
Qatari people used to engage in fishing and pearling until they became aware of their oil resources. The nation's position and economy became very high globally after that. Views and opinions of people about Qatar have completely changed after the high rise. Qatari government has established many educational institutes and colleges. Establishment on science and technology is also there. Arabic and English language are the main languages there.
