Portugal recipes are mostly made of fishes as there are abundant fish found in the Atlantic Ocean.
LinguiƧa which is a dried sausage is used in most of the recipes such as pizza. Piri piri sauce made of vinegar and red pepper. Feijoada is a stew made of beans, bacons, pork and beef. Traditional Portuguese recipes are a combination of great flavors and old techniques. Olive oil, onions, garlic, bay leaves, coriander, paprika red and sweet chilli peppers and tomato are mostly used in the recipes.

The Portuguese soups are very nutritious because of the legumes and green leafy vegetables used in them. Baby turnips, fennel, Kale are used to add a distinct taste to the soup. Chick-peas, Red and white kidney beans, pinto and broad beans are used extensively in the dishes. Some recipes in Portugal are made using both meats with shellfish. Sea food dishes, delicious egg dishes and deserts with rich sugar level are very popular dishes. Spices, herbs, garlic and wine are used for innovating special flavor to the dishes.
