The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland provides some terms and conditions which should be followed meticulously while applying for visa in Poland. The general requirements to get
Poland Visa are as follows:
- The size of photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5 cm
- It should be a colored photograph, clean and sharp
- The photo must be printed on a high quality paper and the background must be light
- The photograph must include 70-80% of the face of the individual
- The face should not be covered by hair
- There should not be any headdress
- Dark lenses are not allowed if the person wear glasses
- Light reflexes are also not allowed
- Covering of any part of an individual's eye in the frame is not allowed
- The cheeks, chin and forehead of the person wearing religious hair dress should be clearly visible in the photograph
- Shades on the photo due to the hair dress is also not allowed

- Airport Visa: the applicant's request letter regarding visa is required, the destination country's visa, forward affirmed ticket is necessary
- Transit Visa for Single, double,multiple entry
- All kinds of Short term Visa for Single, Double, Multiple entry
- Entry Visa applicable to those who has been granted Polish Residence Card
- All kinds of Long term visa valid up to one year ( for single, double, multiple entry)
- Long term visa valid up to five years ( for multiple entry)
- Student Visa: The student has to show all the relevant documents like the certificate of Admission to the university, university's confirmation in Poland, documents certifying the financial conditions of the applicant's family
