The Paraguay Money that has been issued includes Guaranies of value 1, 5, and 10, which are very rarely used. Some of the other banknotes include those of 1000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000 and 100000 Guaranies. Each Guarani was earlier divided into 100 centimos. However, due to inflation, the centimos are no more used in Paraguay.
The Paraguay Money was in use from a long tome back. However, they received a completely renovation and redesign in the year 1936 and again in 1982. The Paraguay Money is the major fiscal unit, on which the economy of this Latin American nation depends.
