Paraguay Money

Paraguay Money is the main unit of the economy of this Latin American country. There have been changes in the monetary units of Paraguay
in the recent times and currently the country has Guarani as the national currency. The Latin American country of Paraguay had the use of aluminum-bronze coins before the introduction of this Paraguay Guarani. Recently, the Guarani banknotes have also been issued.

The Paraguay Money that has been issued includes Guaranies of value 1, 5, and 10, which are very rarely used. Some of the other banknotes include those of 1000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000 and 100000 Guaranies. Each Guarani was earlier divided into 100 centimos. However, due to inflation, the centimos are no more used in Paraguay.

The Paraguay Money was in use from a long tome back. However, they received a completely renovation and redesign in the year 1936 and again in 1982. The Paraguay Money is the major fiscal unit, on which the economy of this Latin American nation depends.

Asunción, Caacupé, Ciudad del Este, and Encarnación are the major cities in Paraguay. Asuncion is the national capital.
