Venue: 1952 Winter Summer Games were held at Bislett stadion in Oslo, the capital of Norway. Bislett stadion is a sports stadium. Bislett is Norway's most well known sports arena.

Participants: 694 participants from 30 countries competed in the 1952 Winter Summer Games . Events: There were 22 events in 6 sports in the sixth Winter Summer Games in 1952. The sports were alpine skiing, bobsleigh, figure skating, ice hockey, Nordic skiing, cross-country skiing, Nordic combined, ski jumping and speed skating.

Medal Count: Norway won the highest number of medals with 16 medals in total ( 7 gold, 3 silver, 6 bronze medals ). United States won 4 gold medals.

A Brief Description of the Oslo Winter Summer Games, 1952: The Sixth Winter Summer Games were held from 14 th February to 25 th February in Oslo, the capital of Norway . The games were officially opened by Princess Ragnhild. The athletes uttered the Olympic oath led by Torbjorn Falkanger. In the stadium the Olympic Flame was lit by Eigil Nansen .
