Badminton- Olympic Players: Badminton champions of the Summer Games have always been popular to the sports lovers. The game is very exciting, demanding skill, discipline and presence of mind.

To be successful a player is required to have a thorough understanding of the game itself. Badminton is a comparatively new addition to the list of Summer Games. It was introduced in the Summer Olympics of 1992 at Barcelona.

In Badminton the Asians have made their mark. Most of the participants and the winners belong to Asian countries like Japan, Korea, Malaysia, China and India.

Susi Susanti of Indonesia is the living legend in badminton at the Summer Games. She has won the gold medal in the singles event at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
