The Wukesong Baseball Field : The Wukesong Baseball Field is a baseball stadium in Beijing . This is one of the temporary venues for the 2008 Summer Games to be held in Beijing . During the Games, baseball events will be hosted in this field.

Location of the Wukesong Baseball Field : The Wukesong Baseball Field is located at the Wukesong Culture and Sports Centre in the Fengtai District in Beijing . The baseball field is situated next to the Wukesong Indoor Stadium . Beijing World Park is the important landmark in the area. The hotels in the Fengtai District are Sunny Capital Hotel, Wen Tao Hotel, Beijing Yue du Hotel, Beijing Fengtai Hotel Beijing, Beijing Golden Palace Silver Street Hotel, Guo Tong Hotel and Jinghua Hotel.

Description of the Wukesong Baseball Field: The Wukesong Baseball Field is being constructed for the 2008 Summer Games . The field includes two competition fields and one training field . The construction of the field started in the second half of 2005 . The basic construction has been completed. The Wukesong Baseball Field is due to be ready by May, 2007 .

Area and Capacity of the Wukesong Baseball Field: The Wukesong Baseball Field covers the total land surface of 12,000 square meters. The capacity of the field is of 15,000 spectators .
